No, all orders placed are final. Please be sure to order the correct sizing, color, and quantity before placing an order due to sanitary.

Please allow 1 to 2 days before shipment. Please keep in mind we  don't ship on holidays and weekends before ordering.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

My package says it’s delivered but I haven’t received anything?

If USPS Tracking Information says they have delivered your package, but you have not yet received them.

Please confirm your address that you provided us, check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact USPS to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. Once your item is with the carrier it is out of our control please contact USPS for any updates or information regarding your delivery/claim.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

Your package can be shipped back out to you upon receiving. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before your package can be sent back out to you.
